Account Deletion Request

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data held by Desai Gold. To initiate an account deletion request, the user must send an email from their registered email address to our official support email ID at care@desaigold.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Upon receipt of such request, Desai Gold will verify the identity of the user and may request additional information or documentation for authentication purposes. Once verification is successfully completed, the account deletion request will be processed within a reasonable time.

Please note that certain information may be retained by Desai Gold as required under applicable laws, for legitimate business purposes, or for compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

After successful deletion, the user will no longer be able to access their account, and any associated data that is not required to be retained will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
